Privacy, in plain words

What this website collects, why, and who helps us run it. Last updated October 2026.

Who we are

Think Do You is a small consultancy in Vancouver, BC. If you have a question about your information, write to hi@thinkdoyou.ai.

What we collect, and why

When you fill in the form on our Start a conversation page, we keep:

  • your name, email and business name, so we can reply and know who we’re talking to;
  • your answers about your business, so we can prepare for a first conversation;
  • how you heard about us, if you tell us;
  • the page you first arrived on, the site that linked you here, and any campaign tags in the link, so we know which ways of finding us work. Your browser remembers these for the current tab only, until you close it.

We use this only to reply to you and to prepare for working together. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell or share your information for advertising.

Your client portal

Sending the form also sets up a small client portal for your email address, and we email you a link to sign in. Signing in places a cookie in your browser that keeps you signed in. We use no other cookies.

Who helps us run this

  • Supabase stores form answers and portal accounts, and sends sign-in emails.
  • Vercel hosts the website.
  • Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser fetches them from Google.
  • Zoho Mail handles our email when we write back.

Each of them processes data under its own privacy policy. Some of them may store data outside Canada.

What we don’t do

This site has no analytics or advertising trackers. To block spam, the server briefly checks the network address a form comes from. We don’t keep it, though our host’s standard logs may hold it for a short time.

Your choices

Under British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hi@thinkdoyou.ai and we’ll take care of it.
